The Richmond County Greens
Monthly Meetings
The RCGP meets regularly on the last Thursday of the month, from
7:00-9:00 pm, in the 2nd floor Auditorium of the
Augusta-Richmond County Public Library-Main Branch, 902 Greene Street.
The public is always welcome.
Sign the 2002 Ballot Access Petition!
The Richmond County Green Party is participating in the GGP's campaign to
get 80,000 registered Georgia voters to sign a petition to get the Green Party on
the ballot in the 2002 election.
We need volunteers to gather signatures in the Augusta area. Please
contact RichmondCoGA@greens.org
for more information.
First Friday Greens
Every first Friday of the month, the Richmond County Green Party sets up
a table on the sidewalk in front of the Soul Bar on Broad Street during the
First Friday Festival, from 7pm-10pm. We cajole people into signing our petitions,
register new voters, and have conversations with passserby about the
Green Party and what we stand for. It's great fun. All interested Greens are
invited to join us for the street party!
The Next First Friday will be Friday, October 5th.
